Bluefin Construction was the overall construction manager for the Meritage Hotel in Napa, California. This hotel includes a 285 rooms, complete hotel ammenities, and 11,000 sq. ft. dining room. In addition, there is a 21,000 sq. ft. underground cave that houses wine tasting, a complete spa and dining for over 200 people.
